Cancellations

Of course things happen in life, children get sick, sitter cancels, car won’t start, ……. we're very understanding.  All we ask is that you understand that this time slot is reserved especially for you.  If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice to allow us time to fill your appointment time. If you cancel within 24 hours on more than one occasion, we will suggest that you wait until the day that you'd like an appointment to book.

No Shows

NO SHOW, NO CALL, and YOU want ME to book you again! Ummm...If you simply do not show for your appointment a $10 fee will be added to your next service.

Text Messages

We understand text messages are extremely convenient for our clients. That is why we offer text messages appointment set up and confirmations, however, please understand we do this as a courtesy and sometimes we simply can not get to them all. Please call if you do not hear back from us and ask for a printed appointment reminder before you leave.

Appt Confirmation

Please confirm your appointment through vagaro.com when prompted via text by clicking the link you receive 2 days before appointment time (please be aware this is a do not reply automated number, call or text 9095765399 to cancel or reschedule). If your appointment has not been confirmed by the morning before your appointment day we will assume you will not be making it and that appointment time may possibly be double-booked.
