CANCELLATIONS
Of course things happen in life, kids get sick, your car won't start, you have to work late etc,....... I'm very understanding. All I ask is that you understand that this is how I make my living. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request 24 hours notice. I have a list of people waiting for appointments, so please allow us enough time to fill your previous appointment time.
CHARGES
Unlike other Studios, I do not charge for missed appointments. However, if you cancel within 24 hours on more than one occasion, I'll suggest that you wait until the day that you'd like an appointment to book and take your chances whether I have anything available.
NO SHOWS
If you simply don't show for your appointment and your phone is turned off when we call to see if you're on your way, we will not be able re-book you again. Be polite and call.
This is a skincare & waxing studio........ and NOTHING ELSE. So, please don't make yourself look like a complete pervert by saying or doing anything inappropriate, Male waxing is reserved for GENTLEMEN ONLY
